Colorful has released its top custom-design graphics card, the RTX 4070 Neptune OC-V, which is part of the GeForce RTX 4070 "Ada" series. The card was announced alongside other custom-design RTX 4070 cards, but availability details were not shared at the time. The RTX 4070 Neptune OC-V is priced at $829.99, which is a 38% premium over the $600 NVIDIA MSRP for the RTX 4070. This price puts it in the same range as the custom-design GeForce RTX 4070 Ti and Radeon RX 7900 XT.

The RTX 4070 Neptune OC-V's most notable feature is its all-in-one, closed-loop liquid cooling solution. The cooler consists of a pump-block with a copper base-plate that pulls in heat from the memory and VRM and transfers it onto the main block. The cooler is piped to a 240 mm x 120 mm radiator, and it appears that DeepCool is the OEM of this cooler. The PCB features a 16-pin 12VHPWR power connector, a 14+3 phase VRM, and Colorful has increased power limits to 230 W from 200 W. The card has a boost frequency of 2640 MHz out of the box, compared to the reference frequency of 2475 MHz.

Colorful is known for creating some of the most extravagant custom-design graphics cards, and the RTX 4070 Neptune OC-V is no exception.
