The design of the 9800X3D box is a variation of the retail box-art for other Ryzen 9000 series "Granite Ridge" desktop processors. The silver background behind the AMD Arrow is brightened up, along with the orange borders of the Arrow. One of the triangular background cutouts features the "7" brand extension, while the other mentions AMD 3D V-cache technology, confirming that this is indeed the 9800X3D. AMD recently announced the debut of the 9000X3D series, with product availability set to begin on November 7, 2024.
